Weighing in at just under 800 grams and measuring just 17.2 x 11.5 x 14.8 cm, the device is tiny for sure. Separated into three sections, the device boasts of a diminutive printing volume of just 400cc. You need to use the Olo app to pick the object that you want to print and place the phone under a polarized glass sheet. Using a photolithographic process, the device uses your phone's display to set the layers to be printed.
You can scan objects, download shared designs or even use files from 3D design tools for printing purposes. After printing, you rinse the object under warm water and you're set! Olo provides an assortment of resins to suit your needs. You can cast hard objects, soft ones and even a cast-able resin that can be use as a die for casting gold or silver objects. You can print objects in a variety of colours, as well as translucent ones if you so desire.
